Money-movement settings

File limit, cut-off, defaults and the RBC originator profile. Changes apply to the next build; debits already created keep their copied hold.

Settings

Maximum amount per file ($)

RBC's per-file ceiling for our contract; a value date needs several files above it. Default 2,000,000.

Internal cut-off (Toronto, HH:MM)

Files for today must be built before this; RBC's own cut-off is 19:30.

Default hold (business days)

Used when an employer has no hold of its own. Must leave hold + 1 ≤ every employer's pay-date buffer.

Default mandate waiting period (business days)

Rule H1 s.16: 15 for an electronic agreement, 3 with shared-secret verification (the client's login).

RBC client number (10 digits)

6 assigned by RBC + 4 subsidiary (0000). Files cannot be generated until it is set.
